Warranty Statement

Assembly Technologies, Inc. is a Contract Manufacturer we build products strictly according to customer Specifications. These assemblies are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship when properly designed, installed, used, and maintained. This warranty is in effect for one (1) year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. Assembly Technologies, Inc. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Assembly Technologies, Inc. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year.

Assembly Technologies, Inc. will not be responsible for labor charges, loss, or consequential damage of any kind or character caused by defective parts or for charges incurred in the replacement or repair of defective parts by Purchaser. Warranty is void and ATI will not be liable for any problem with the product if the product has been customized or any changes have been made beyond the Original Product Specification by the customer.

Assembly Technologies, Inc. must be notified of a failure within the warranty period and will then supply instructions to the Customer on how to properly return the product.

CONDITIONS
This Warranty is subject to the following conditions and limitations. Warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been misused, damaged by accident or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being repaired or tampered with by anyone other than Assembly Technologies, Inc. The product must be properly packed and returned to Assembly Technologies, Inc. with the assigned Return Authorization Number displayed. A RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A DETAILED WRITTEN DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT.
